Step 2: Input Personal DetaiIs. Click "Edit Personal Details" and finish inputting
personal de,lerils by filling in all lhe ir-rformation, verifying and savirtg tlie inlormation. After
the completion of this seciion, return to lhe previous page by clicking "Finish" and start
fillinq in your appllcalion information.

Step3r Select the correct "Program Category".

Please sclect Program Calegory "Typerr'.

Step 4; Input the correct Agency Number.
