How To Use The Files, Tips and Tricks
How To Use The Files, Tips and Tricks
discouraged and want to give up, but you will find ones that work good for you, they are there,
keep trying.
I’ve been using these files for nearly three years, I’ve loaded hundreds of them and have
deleted almost all of them. I have finally got myself several that work very well, some I’ve had
for over a year and a half and are still very dependable. I’m going to share what I have learned
over the last three years and hopefully it will help you.
1. Stalker Portal Code, uses a URL and a MAC address, many times the URL will end with /c.
The type of playlist has nothing to do with quality, that is just the way you access the playlist.
2. Xtream Code which uses a URL, user name, and password, many times the URL will end
with a port number such as :80.
3. m3u which is one single URL line usually ending in m3u or m3u8 but can sometimes be a
bit.ly short code or similar.

1. Stalker Portal Code: use the server address after where it says Panel, then replace the Mac
address that is auto generated with the MAC address under the URL you just entered. If it
doesn’t load, try it without the /c or try replacing the /c with :portalstb.
├●Panel ➤ http://ip.sltv.be:8080/c/
├●Mac ➤ 00:1A:79:78:8e:6e.
2. Xtream Code: use the server address after where it says Host, it should end with a port
number and won’t have a /c, in this example you would remove the /c and replace it with :8080.
Then enter the User Name and Password. If it doesn’t load, try removing the port number.
├● Host ➤ http://ip.sltv.be:8080/c/
├● Real ➤ http://ip.sltv.be:8080/c/
├● Port ➤ 8080
├● User ➤ DRSoyhzxQH
├● Pass ➤ yEccjCsccJ.
3. m3u: enter the entire line as an m3u. Note: if the word “token” appears in this line, it will not
work.

It is much easier to install these playlists by using your phone to copy/paste or use the keyboard
to enter these into your player. There is a Fire TV app for the Amazon devices and a Shield TV
app for the Nvidia. I’ve seen an Android TV app for android devices but haven’t used it so I don’t
know if it works the same or not.
Other File Information
Expiration Date: this is when the playlist is set to expire but many times they will renew. I’ve
loaded playlists that showed they were past their end date but they renewed and were working,
many times renewing month after month.
You will also see some that will say Unlimited, this only means the provider has not set an
expiration. I’ve had some last for over a year and some that didn’t even last a week. Don’t let
the expiration date keep you from trying it, it may end up being a great playlist.
Actual Connections/Max Connections: this is the number of connections the customer paid for
and how many are being used. It all depends on the provider as to whether they have the
software to monitor it or if they even pay attention at all, but, if a lot of people are using it, the
provider may shut it down. You can usually tell if it’s being monitored, if you try to use it and
keep getting an error such as 403 or if it appears to buffer constantly (which it’s actually not
buffering, your being booted off and your app reconnects over and over). If you continue to have
problems, this is most likely the issue.
Time Zone: if you use a VPN, this is where you want to try and set it to, but, this may not mean
much. The server may be in Europe, but the provider could have the account blocked in Europe
and unblocked for use in the US. You’ll just have to try.
Live Channels➜690
├ Videos on Demand➜6448
├ Tv Series➜2403
Some of the files will show how many Channels, Movies, and TV Series are included in the
playlist.
Many of the files will show you the categories included in the playlist.
I use an iPhone and have a search feature that I can use to search the files. Makes it easy to
see if it has what I’m looking for, I just type in US, NFL, 2025, Unlimited, etc and can quickly see
what’s there without having to scroll through the whole file.
Tips.
1. Many people will tell you to reboot your router/modem, reboot your device, use a VPN, don’t
use a VPN, hard wire your device, clear cache, force stop, uninstall and reinstall, but, if you
have a bad playlist, all of this is just a waste of time, just delete it and try another. Even once
you have some good ones, keep at it, they may or may not last long and you’ll eventually end
up with enough good ones that you will always have the live TV you can enjoy.
2. Not all playlists will work for you. If you try loading one and it fails, first thing to do is check
and make sure you put everything in correctly (probably about 90% of the cause for them to fail
is a mistake in what you typed in or your device auto-correcting what you typed. Using an app
on your phone to copy and paste the information to your player eliminates errors. If it still fails,
try a different MAC address or user name/password. If it still won’t work, move on.
3. Don’t try and rely on one playlist, they can quit working at any time. Use a player that will
allow you to install multiple playlists so you will always have a backup in case one isn’t working
properly you can just switch to another. I sometimes get a playlist that will quit working for a day
or two but will come back, possibly the provider doing some maintenance or it could have
expired but renews in a day or two. It’s best to have a few.
3. If a playlist plays good on some days but buffers a lot during the evenings, weekends, or
during sporting events, it’s most likely the provider sold more subscriptions to his service than
what his server or bandwidth can handle, this is common. It’s not a bad playlist, but another
reason to always have a few.
4. Don’t just look for the ones with the longest expiration date or ones that say unlimited. These
too can quit working at any time and are also the ones most people are trying to use. Generally,
the ones that are 3-6 months are the most reliable. It’s much less work having to replace a
playlist every 3-6 months than it is to replace playlists every 3-6 days because it gets
overloaded and shut down.
5. Don’t load up all your playlists from the same server. If that server goes down, you lose them
all. It’s not a bad idea to have a backup from the same server, but use other servers to have
less chance of losing your playlists.
6. When you find one that works good for you, save the file, if it quits working, many times you
can go back to the file and find a different MAC address or user name/password and use one of
them to get the playlist working again, all the customization you did will still be there. Note: not
all apps will allow you to edit this, but most do.
7. Pay attention to the content of your playlists, sometimes playlists with different URLs are
actually side panels of the same provider. You can tell this when you have playlists that are
identical, same categories, same channels, many time the same amount of channels or VOD.
Test it, use the URL from one of them and put in the MAC address or user/password of the
other, if it works, keep note of it. I have had playlists quit because the provider either shut down
the server or changed the URL, I was able to change the URL from another side panel and get it
working again. You may get lucky and the file will show other side panels, but not many do.
