Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET), Longowal, is a centrally funded
technical institution under Ministry of Education, Government of India. SLIET provides
technical education in emerging areas of Engineering & Technology. The educational
programmes of this Institute are non-conventional, innovative, modular, practical oriented and
are designed to meet the requirement of the Industry. The institute offers M.Tech. Courses,
B.Tech. Courses and Integrated Certificate Diploma (ICD) courses in various disciplines.

We at SLIET strongly believe in nurturing close bonds with the progressive industries to
contribute in a more concrete way towards the development of the society and the nation.
We sincerely appreciate the initiatives taken by various industries in recruiting our students,
imparting Training/Internship, assigning consultancy to our faculty, and establishing close
links with us.
The institute has no objection if you permit our following student to undergo Training in your
esteemed organization. The Training is scheduled From 10/06/2024 to 10/07/2024. The
industrial training is a part of the curriculum of the institute. A certificate of successful
completion of the training along with a report duly signed by competent authority from your
esteemed organization is required. It will be appreciated if suitable stipend may be given to
the trainee. Our concerned faculty member will be in touch with you to monitor the
performance of the student.
