Program

Introduction
Thank you for completing the admission exam last week for the Residency program. Based
on your good results in the exam we are inviting you to an interview in Kigali as the next step
of the process. The interview will be conducted in person on Wednesday, August 14th,
2024 at Kacyiru Executive Apartments (KEA), Block B, Level 4. You will be given your
specific interview time via email. This document outlines some guidelines for preparing
yourself for interview day.

Interview Venue
The interview will take place at Kacyiru Executive Apartments, Block B, Level 4, which is
near King Faisal Hospital Rwanda in Kigali. When you arrive, there will be signs to direct
you, or you can ask the security guards. You will be sent your exact interview time via email.

Interview Structure
The interview will take place in person for all candidates residing in Rwanda. Candidates
abroad will be sent a unique link to join online. The interview will be in the form of a Multiple
Mini Interview (MMI).

● Multiple Mini Interviews - 5 interview questions, 60 minutes total

● Online Multiple sessions (for those out of the country) - Another email will be
sent with the links.

What are Multiple Mini Interviews?

Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) are a structured interview process used primarily in medical
school admissions to assess a candidate's skills and qualities beyond academic knowledge.
The MMIs will consist of 5 stations. Each station has one question and lasts for 10 minutes.
Each station will have a 2-minute break in between them, so the entire interview lasts for 60
minutes.

At the beginning of each station, you will read the question when you enter the room, then
