Large PVC Pipe Joint Solution
• 1:The PVC-Upipe sizes can go up to 1600mm while it's not
easy to get large PVC fitting from 315 to 1600mm.
• 2:PVC-U pipe 50 years life span, the max. designed stress for
20 °C water transportation is as table showed.
• 3: If continue to adpot ductil iron fittings for large PVC-U
piping system, the whole piping life span will be short, if
adpot PE socket with seal joint system for large PVC-U piping
lines.
• 4: Socket desgin are patented by smart joint partner-JM Eagle
China.

Under pressure drilling is a procedure undertaken
when a branch connection is required off a live pipe
in constant operation.
The branch connection could be required to bypass a
gas pipeline section due for repair, outlet pipe
replacement, Water pipe
alteration or a gas pipe relocation.

With Smart Joint Electrofusion Saddle, Under

pressure drilling services can be easily and more cost
effectively offered,
all the contractors can make new branch connections
and repairs without requiring a shutdown of existing
supplies or loss of production.

Advantaged Products-Full EF Saddle Branch
Full electrofusion saddle branch is an idea branch solution for
the large size main pipes.
Full electrofusion saddle branch has the followed advantages:
A、There is no need to consider in advance about the
location of branches in main PE pipe construction, without
concerns on the branch location, the design of main pipe is
free from restriction . Full electrofusion saddle branch can be
placed and installed easily where the branch is needed after
the completion of the main pipe installation.
B、The branches part also can adopt electrofusion , which
works as an electrofusion coupler and is more convenient
than butt fusion and saves time, no need to move the heavy
butt fusion machine everywhere.
C. It helps to reduce the cost for both fittings and
