We thank you for your inquiry, it's highly appreciated to get the opportunity to give you our commercial proposal as follow.
Plumbing Pump Rp 78.500.000
Validity : 14 days or fluctuation on currency as said below which ever
occire first
*) Price valid with applicable today currency with tolerance ± Rp. 50,- base on BCA T/T counter rate as per quotation date adjusment of from above price shall
be made when the currency fluctuated beyond the said tolerance
*) Price are valid for total quantity and specification mention here in, any change in quantity will effect to the other item unit price
Term and Condition
▪ Taxes : VAT, and any other taxs are Excluded
▪ Payment : - 20% Down Payment to be paid 7 days calendar from the date of receiving our invoice
- 75% MOS to be paid 30 days calendar from the date of receiving our invoice
- 5% TC to be paid 30 days calendar from the date of receiving our invoice
* Penalties of delay payment will be applied as 1 per mill / day of max 10% of from total contract, if the maximum value of
penalties has been reached, PT W.T.U reserve to cancel the obligation to supply the material, and the total of successfull progress
payment will be waived / will not return back.
▪ PT W.T.U reserve the right to stop any work progress and withdraw the goods from jobsite if the payment progress failed to be paid within agreed schedule
▪ Delivery Time : - 3 Month upon receiving Down Payment into our company Bank Account
- one time shipment / partial not allowed, unless as per agreed schedule before purchase order
▪ Delivery Point : Franco Subang on Truck (only)
▪ Warranty : 12 month after successfull start up or 18 month after shipment which ever occure first
▪ Scoope of Work : - 1 visit (3 working days each visit) of combined supervision - startup & commisioning - onsite training
- 1x In class training with documentation 5 copies, additional copies can't be provided at additional cost Rp. 250.000/copy
▪ Cancellation : - within the first two (2) weeks after order date : 25% charge of total contract
- after first two weeks from order date : 100% charge / no cancellation
▪ Limited Warranty : - Only Applicable for manufacturer defect (consumable are not included)
- Accomodation & Transportation Expenses for Job(s) with Location outside Jakarta Area will be Born to Buyer
▪ Extended Manday Rate : - If within warranty period Rp. 2.000.000 / day / OnShore
Rp. 4.500.000 / day / OffShore
- If Beyond warranty period Rp. 2.500.000 / day / OnShore
Rp. 7.500.000 / day / OffShore
* Man-day rate are exclude of transportation & Accomodation + meal which are subject to be born to buyer
▪ Storage charge : Rp. 2.000.000,- / m³ / week will be apply for shipment that are postponed when the goods ready to ship.
▪ Manufacture Data Report : - Include one odner of hardcopy
- Include one softcopy
- Additional hardcopy subject to be charge each Rp 1.000.000,-
