I, DANNEL A. GOMONIT, Filipino of legal age, widower and a resident


of San Jose District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, after having duly sworn
to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

That I am the proprietor of DANNEL A. GOMONIT CONSTRUCTION,


with business address at Alano Street, San Jose District, Pagadian City;

That Dannel A. Gomonit Construction is a duly registered construction firm


under the existing laws, rules and regulations of the Philippines

That after several years of operation as construction firm, sometime in 2011,


due to financial reverses, the management decided to stop its regular business and
operation;

That from 2011 up to this date instant, the said construction firm is not
deriving any income from any source. So to speak it did not generate any income.
Hence, this affidavit;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing


statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve;

AFFIDAVIT
(Re: No Income)

I, ANNA LUNA A. BRANZUELA, Filipino of legal age, married and a resident of


Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

That I am the designated property administrator of Reinventing Property Lease with


office address at Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur;

That Reinventing Property Lease is owned and managed by Tanisha Anne S. Cerilles.
However, considering that the latter was studying in Japan, I being the designated administrator
will execute this affidavit for and in behalf of the former;

That Reinventing Property Lease is primarily engaged in the business of leasing real
properties including commercial spaces;

That Tanisha Anne S. Cerilles personally acquired a parcel of land covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 102-2023001087, located at Barangay San Isidro, Talisay City, Island of
Cebu; containing an area of Six Hundred (600) Square Meters, more or less.

That after the acquisition of the aforesaid parcel of land, the owner did not introduce any
improvements thereof other than a mere parcel of land;

That in order to expand the leasing business of Reinventing Property Lease, the aforesaid
parcel of land with Transfer Certificate of Title No. 102-2023001087 was then registered with
the Bureau of Internal Revenue and was declared as one of the real properties of the Reinventing
management on March 23, 2023, notwithstanding that the management has not yet introduced
any improvements of the said property;

That after it was registered and declared as one of the real properties of Reinventing
Property Lease on March 23, 2023 until this dater instant, the said land did not generate any
income or profit in relation to the nature of the business of the former. So to speak, that from
March 23, 2023 until this date, the property has no income. Hence, this affidavit;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statements and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve;

I, KHIR G. BRANZUELA, Filipino of legal age, married and a resident of


Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, after having duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

That I am the President of MEKAS GAMING AND ENTERTAINMENT


CORPORATION, with business address at Balintawak, Pagadian City;

That Mekas Gaming and Entertainment Corporation is under the


supervision of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO);

That sometime in July 2019, an Instruction was issued by the National


Government instructing all gaming industries under the direct supervision of the
Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to stop operation until further
advised for the resumption of the gaming operation. As a consequence, during such
interim, the Mekas corporation did not earn any income. Hence, this affidavit;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing


statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve;

I, KHIR G. BRANZUELA, Filipino of legal age, married and a resident of


Barangay Kagawasan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, after having duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

That I am the President of MEKAS GAMING AND ENTERTAINMENT


CORPORATION, with business address at Balintawak, Pagadian City;

That Mekas Gaming and Entertainment Corporation is under the


supervision of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO);

That considering I was busy attending the other operations of the Mekas
undertaking, I was not able to make a routinary inventories. So to speak, there was
no actual inventories being conducted;

That likewise, sometime in July 2019, an Instruction was issued by the


National Government instructing all gaming industries under the direct supervision
of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to stop operation until
further advised for the resumption of the gaming operation. As a consequence,
during such interim, the management of Mekas did not employ any personnel due
to stop operation. Hence, this affidavit;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing


statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve;
