Requesting the director to eliminate the requirement of prior permission for picking up tourists from the
airport, a practice unique to our state. Additionally, proposing that foreign tourist registration be exclusively
conducted online for efficiency and convenience.
Enhancing Security Measures: Prior permission allows the department to monitor and track
the movements of tourists, enhancing security measures and ensuring the safety of both
tourists and locals.
Improving Service Quality: By setting this requirement, the department can ensure that tour
operators meet certain standards, leading to improved service quality and a more positive
experience for tourists.
Implementing a system where tour operators must obtain prior permission is crucial for maintaining
order, security, and quality in the tourism industry.
Requesting prior permission from authorities can indeed lead to challenges when picking up tourists from the
airport. Delays in approvals can disrupt schedules and cause inconvenience to both visitors and operators.

Sir,
With profound respect and reverence, it is to submit :-
1. That I have piece of land at Sikh – Kanhama, Tangmarg for agriculture purpose.
Recently, a road has been constructed from Kanhama to Secondary School due
which the water supply to my fields have got stopped. My fields have started
drying up due to blockage of water due to road construction. A proper passage of
water has not been made by the contractors which has resulted in damage to the
crops.
2. That I have another patch of land situated at Kanhama which used to be irrigated
by drainage water. However, due to construction of road, the water supply to the
land has got stopped which has turned my agricultural land into a barren piece.
In view of the above, it is accordingly requested to kindly direct the concerned to lay
cemented pipes for smooth supply of water into my fields.
Thankyou,
Yours faithfully,

Yours faithfully,
Sir,
It is to bring to your kind notice that a pole erected at Pokhribal Boat Club
has broken down and the High-Tension Wire over it has also bent-down to
extreme position, posing a serious threat to the visitors. Moreover, the place is
frequently visited by some drug addicts/peddlers which use to hurl obscene
comments to the trainees/staff.
As such, the matter may kindly be looked into and necessary steps be
taken to resolve the above issues at an earliest.
Thankyou,
Yours faithfully,
