1. Material inspected as per attached DO and Material submittal, Subject to fully compliance with the Engineer's given comments on the relevant material submittal.
2. PVC solvent cement & Adapter box 30X30cm are excluded from inspection, since both material are not part of approved material submittal.
3. Required wall thickness measurement shall be verified in line with the project specification and relevant material submittal.
