Internship General guidelines

1. Duration of internship is 45 days [June 01 – July 15] (Offline) and 60 days (Online)
2. Internship acceptance letter from the organization should be uploaded in the google
sheet provided.
3. The title and the organization where you do Intern should be accepted by the class
animator with the status “Approved” in the same sheet.
4. Class Animator approval is mandatory to start working on the internship. Any
internship work without the class animator approval will be rejected.
5. Individual internship mentors will be assigned to each students and further
communication should be with mentors.
6. Status of progress should be uploaded in the google sheet with description and
supporting screenshot as a single word file on 22/06/2024(Review 1) and
10/07/2024(Review 2).
7. Final review will be from 19/07/2024.

Important: ***We will not accept any pay and do Internship Projects.

INTERNSHIP REPORT FORMATTING GUIDELINES

The following are the guidelines that need to be followed for the formatting of the internship
report:
● Roll No should be given in the top right corner of every page and page number
should be in bottom right.
● The Font style should be “Times New Roman” with a font size is “14” for “headings”
and “12” for “text” and be for 1.5-line spacing.
● The minimum number of pages of the report should be 25
● Report should be free from grammatical and spelling mistakes.
● Figures and facts should be accurate.
● Report should be “Spiral bound”.
● Students should submit one copy of the project report.
