With reference to the 3rd Meeting of the BBSUTSD Officers Welfare Association (BOWA)
held on 12th July 2024, we all the officers/members of the association submitted as under.

1. Promotion Eligibility: Officers working in various grades and different cadres have
completed the stipulated time required for promotion to the next higher grades.
Additionally, some officers will reach the required length of service by September-
