Dear Atty. Lood-Mateo,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally request a change in
my previously approved Vacation Leave dates. Initially, I was scheduled to take
leave on August 22 and 23, 2024. However, due to the recent announcement that
the Non-Working Holiday (Ninoy Aquino Day) has been moved from August 21,
2024, to August 23, 2024, I would like to request that my leave dates be adjusted
accordingly.
I kindly request that my Vacation Leave be changed to August 21 and 22,
2024. This adjustment will allow me to maximize my time off while also considering
the updated holiday schedule.
Thank you for considering my request. I apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause and appreciate your understanding.
