BAISAGO. UNIVERSITY INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT REPORT GUIDELINES. Upon successful Completion of the Industrial Attachment, Students are expected to submit a comprehensive report in part fulfillment of the requirement of the Industrial Attachment Assessment requirements. (The Industrial Attachment Report MUST be submitted to the Department on Completion of the prescribed period of Assessment. The University College will announce a specific date when the Reports are required) FORMAT 1, EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: A comprehensive and precise summary of your findings (not more than 3 pages). 2. BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANISATION/ DEPARTMENT COMPANY + When it started operations * Organisational structure = Management structure = Notable changes that the Company/Organisation/Department has gone through. 3. YOUR PRE-ATTACHMENT PERCEPTION OF: = The market * The Department /Organisation * Academie courses that you did. 4, YOUR INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT EXPERIENCE.
