Daily Routine

1. Start the day with your Morning Routine:

- Meditate or spend time in prayer/reflection.

- Review your goals for the day.

- Have a nutritious breakfast.

2. Prioritize your tasks:

- Identify the most important tasks (MITs) for the day.

- Start with tasks that are Urgent and Important.

3. Time Block for focused work:

- Allocate specific blocks of time to study, drawing, exercise, etc.

- Stick to these blocks and avoid multitasking.

4. Take regular breaks:

- Use the Pomodoro Technique (25 minutes work, 5 minutes break).

- Take a longer break after 4 work intervals.

5. Complete small tasks immediately:

- Use the Two-Minute Rule for tasks that can be done quickly.

6. Minimize distractions during work:

- Create a focused environment and limit time-wasting activities.

7. Practice self-care and reflection:

- Take time to relax and unwind during the day.

- Review your progress at the end of the day.

8. End the day with your Evening Routine:

- Reflect on what you accomplished.

- Plan for the next day and prepare for a restful sleep.
