Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we reach the end of Term II, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your continued support and
involvement in your child's education. It has been a productive term filled with learning, growth, and achievement.
Below are some important updates and reminders as we conclude the term:

1. End of Term Reports

End of Term reports will be distributed on Friday 24th August 2024 at the respective campuses. Please review
your child’s progress and do not hesitate to reach out to their respective teachers if you have any concerns or
questions.

2. School Fees

We kindly remind you that all outstanding school fees for Term II must be cleared before collecting end of the
term reports. Please ensure that payments are up-to-date. Invoices for Term II will be sent out shortly.

3. Upcoming Events
 We are pleased to announce that this year marks a significant milestone for Madagascar Nursery &
Primary School as our students will be sitting for the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) for the
very first time. This is a proud moment for our school, and we want to ensure that both you and your
children are well-prepared for this important event.
 We are excited to announce our End of Year Concert and 10th Anniversary Celebration! This
special event marks the culmination of a fantastic year of learning and growth for our students, as
well as a decade of excellence at Madagascar Nursery & Primary School. We warmly invite you to
join us for this joyous occasion on the dates that will be communicated in due course.
4. Holiday Assignments

Students will receive holiday assignments to reinforce the term’s learning. Please encourage your child to
complete these tasks to prepare for the upcoming term.

5. Term III Start Date

Term II will commence on Tuesday 17th September 2024. Please ensure that your child is ready to return to
school with all necessary supplies and materials.

We appreciate your ongoing commitment to your child’s education and look forward to a successful Term III.
