We are working with a company known as Telcom Options South Africa, They render services
and products to NGOs , sole proprietors and schools that are essential to day to day
functionality as well as services .

• Registration of clients to our database including using emails for password creation and
find a way to incorporate SMS functionality
• Capturing and storing documentation that relates to each client in the database
• Changing the Application status of each client
• Capturing and storing the Orders of each client based on their selected products and
services
• Registering Employees into the system based on their position which also includes
allocating access levels
• Capturing and storing documentation that relates to each employees(ie contracts and
certificates)
• Adding and managing the different products offered by the company ( sim cards , solar
panels, printers and copiers)
• Adding and managing services offered by the company ( maintenance , installation ,
filing)
• Capturing and managing the details of suppliers we work with as well as the products
offered and the balance on account with them
• Managing Orders for the customers which includes : the client , the technician assigned
, products ordered , services rendered , delivery or no delivery, jobcard completion and
storing this information in the database
• Generating reports based on products sold , services rendered , employee of the month
etc
