DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH

GRADE 2

Content Standard: demonstrates understanding of the concepts of nouns,


verbs, and adjectives for proper identification and description.

Performance Standard: uses pronouns and prepositions in a variety of oral


and written theme-based activities.

I. Objectives
At the end of 50 minutes the pupils are able to:
1. Identify the appropriate demonstrative pronoun in a sentence
(These, That, These and Those;
2. Use demonstrative pronouns in a sentence; (EN26-IVe-a-4.2.3)
and
3. show respect to one’s ownership or belonging.

Topic: Using Demonstrative Pronouns (This, That, These, Those)
