UG Admissions in to 6 Year Integrated B.Tech Programme for the Academic Year 2024- 25

WEB NOTE
(For the Candidates attending unfilled global category counseling)

It is to inform that the candidates, who applied in general category/ unfilled global
category with at least 7.0 CGPA and are interested to join under unfilled global
category paying an amount of 1,40,700 per year, will be given a last onetime
opportunity and are supposed to report at RGUKT, Basar, campus in between 9AM-
11AM on 13th August 2024. The candidates should carry three sets of Xerox copies of
the required documents /certificates along with the originals before arriving at
RGUKT, Basar. Limited number of seats are available and the seats will be allocated
purely based on merit.
Documents to be produced:
The candidate is supposed to bring the following documents /certificates in original
along with Two Sets of the Xerox copies.
1. 10th class examination pass certificate and qualified the exam in the first attempt
in the year 2024.
2. Conduct Certificate from 4th to 10th class.
3. Migration Certificate (MC) / Transfer Certificate (TC).
4. Six photographs of the candidate and two photographs of the parents (Father,
Mother and Two Guardians)
5. A photocopy (Xeroxcopy) of Aadhar Card.

Fee to be paid:
The following is the fee structure for each student who is admitted under Global
category into 6 Year Integrated B.Tech programme of the University.

Total Fee to be paid Rs. 1,40,700/-
Final Selectees should pay the required amount of the fee as mentioned above, in form
of the Demand Draft in favour “The Director RGUKT, Basar” from any nationalized
bank payable at Basar. DD shall be paid at the campus on the same day of counseling
(service is available at bank on the campus)

The candidates selected for admission shall be prepared to go through the intensive
learning programmed at the RGUKT, and will have a fruitful learning time there
leading to a bright career.
The candidates selected for admission after counseling need to sign a declaration
concerning the rules and regulations of the RGUKT at the time of admission.

Note: This selection is for counseling and as such does not guarantee admission to the
course. Admission to the course will be given subject to verification of all of your
original documents.
