RESOLUTION NO. 001

A RESOLUTION TO CONDUCT APPOINTMENT OF GRADE 11 REPRESENTATIVE FOR SCHOOL YEAR


2024-2025

WHEREAS, The Supreme Secondary Learner Government recognizes the importance of Grade
11 representative who happens to be a vacant position due to early on set of
election last school year.

WHEREAS, The Nomination of Grade 11 representative must be conducted ASAP this week to
filled the vacant position through Appointment procedure.

WHEREAS, The Nominee/s will be evaluated by the LG COMEA’s Screening and Appointment
Committee as per Annex B, Article 10 of OUOPS Memo No. 2023-03

WHEREAS, The Appointed Grade 11 Representative will take his/her Oath as legitimate member
of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government for S.Y. 2024-2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Supreme Secondary Learner
Government will be conducting the appointment of Grade 11 Representative who
will fill the vacant position in accordance with the procedures and guidelines set by
OUOPS Memo No. 2023-03 also known as the “ Interim Guidelines of the Learner
Government Program for S.Y. 2023-2024 under Annex B, Learner Government
Election and Appointment Code, Article 10, Appointment Guidelines.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Supreme Secondary Learner Government Officers shall over see the
procedures and guidelines for the appointment of Grade 11 Representative and
ensure that all Nominees will undergone fair ang just evaluation.

appointment was made by the Screening and Appointment committee of the LG
