Worked as Logistics/Supply Chain Supervisor with Oilfields Supply Center Limited-Dubai


(wherein closely work with companies like Halliburton,Baker Hughes,Weatherford
etc.)since 2005 till 3rd.Jan.2022.

Monitor the documents processed for import (By Land-from GCC and Mainland) and
export (Air, Road and Sea) shipments.

Control the distribution of work to ensure that the work in progress is completed
efficiently professionally and within time.

Report to the Senior Supervisor and keep him informed of work in progress and
any outstanding issues which may need his attention.

Assists in the development and monitoring of the ERP software capabilities to


ensure compliance with established procedures and company policies and provide
the requirements if any.

Ensure personnel within the section are informed of any changes in technology,
software programs, equipment etc. that affect daily work assignments.

Provide information and assistance to customer queries and ensure customer


documentation is completed efficiently and effectively utilizing the ERP software.

Attend staff and safety meetings, along with scheduled training courses.

Monitor and provide guidance to ensure documentation process is carried out


accurately and efficiently.

Liaise with different authorities e.g., the Chamber of Commerce, Ports & Customs,
Free Zone Authorities and/or Consulate and ensure good working relations are
maintained.

Stands in for Senior Supervisor whenever required.

Support, adhere and promote the QHSE policy of the company, along with its
ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO9001 principles.
