 Documents are kept without proper filing which makes the work delay while searching the
file.
 The management of vehicles is very hard to do as we have to visit market every day.
 Minimum number of computers also makes the work delay and customers have to wait for
long.

CHAPTER FIVE
5.1 Conclusion/ Lesson learnt

Inferences drawn
The internship experience in Raintree tours and travel has helped me to learn about the working
environment of the company which ultimately is going to benefit in my further career steps. In the
process of internship report writing, it helped me to gain boarder knowledge about the working &
banking environment and it also proved to be an effective way of learning. This report is based on
the banking operations of Raintree tours and travel . I selected this organization as it is among the
reputated tourism organization in Nepal. The main lesson was that the intern was able to learn about
the various activities carried out in digital marketing sector. During the period of internship, I faced
many difficulties and also solved them.

The 3rd semester of MBA requires the students to get involved in the banking organization as an
intern. The internship opportunity was a milestone for me as an intern to gain practical acquaintance
of the custom procedures and its corporate culture. The internship period helped me gain more
knowledge on banking organizations and its practices.

5.2 Learning and knowledge gained

While working at Raintree tours and travel as an intern, I learned a lot about the organization and
working culture. I learned about the ways of communication and also learned that working together
in harmony helps a lot. I also learned how to deal with people which helps to improve my learning
and communication skill. Working on Raintree tours and travel had been a very good opportunity
and platform for me to develop my self-confidence. One of the things that I liked the most about
Raintree tours and travel is that every employee there is very co-operative and helpful which I
would like to see them continue in the future as well. Raintree tours and travel provides a lot of
flexibility to the employee in terms of working condition.

However, there are also some factors that Raintree tours and travel needs to improve on. The com -
pany does not manage the documents properly by which I face quite difficulties finding them. I
hope the company starts to manage its documents electronically and properly so that no difficulties
faced in future. Information also is conveyed to the customers regarding any changes in regulations.
Trainings should also be provided to the employees regarding use of the system and computer skills
also needs to be brushed upon.
