cM OwerOver the years the Calcasieu Marine National
Bank has become, and remains, the financial
leader of Southwest Louisiana. In the past half-
decade this leadership has resulted in unprec-
dented growth by the bank. Because of its
energy related position, the area has seen a fac-

The growth level of staff and service accom-

the financial center of this area, the program of
the CM Tower project is in accord with the stan-
dards of other major urban financial centers,
Consideration in depth has been given to the
issue of traffic, both auto and pedestrian, to and
from the building. These studies have resulted in
major street modifications which have facilitated
ingress and egress to the CM Tower, and
improved traffic flow in the downtown areas.
‘The CM Tower project includes a two-phase
parking garage that will, when complete, provide
parking for more than 1,200 automobiles. This
facility, for convenience, is located directly across,
the street from the main banking and tower
