cM Ower Over the years the Calcasieu Marine National Bank has become, and remains, the financial leader of Southwest Louisiana. In the past half- decade this leadership has resulted in unprec- dented growth by the bank. Because of its energy related position, the area has seen a fac- tor of economic improvement above and beyond that of the nation as a whole, and the bank has grown even more than the area. The growth level of staff and service accom- modation is such that the bank has reached a saturation point in its present main office facities, and must therefore expand to remain superior in its service to the public. Similar growth pains are being experienced by those Companies now located, or desiring to be located, in this prime Gulf Coast position Itis because of the pressing need, not only of the bank but of the entire Southwest Louisiana region, that the decision to build the CM Tower was made, This new banking headquarters faclty and office tower is the result of that decision.
