fishing rod from a stick and string. Place a paperclip at
the end of the string and wrap tape around it so the
sticky side is on the outside. Invite a student to come
up and choose a slip of paper. The student says the
sound, t or th, and “goes fishing” for a word that goes
with that letter/those letters.
