Job Description:

As an IT Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of the company's
operations, primarily focusing on market analysis, product pricing, computer
hardware maintenance, product testing, sales head coordination, IT research and
development (R&D), product development, and sales technical support. You will
be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth functioning and innovation within our
technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis & Product Pricing:


● Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitors,
and opportunities.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal
product pricing strategies based on market insights and competitive
positioning.
2. Computer Hardware Maintenance:
● Manage and maintain computer hardware systems to ensure optimal
performance and reliability.
● Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement solutions to minimize
downtime.
3. Product Testing:
● Design and execute comprehensive product testing protocols to
assess performance, reliability, and user experience.
● Collaborate with development teams to address and rectify identified
issues.
4. Sales Head Coordination:
● Work closely with sales leadership to align technological capabilities
with sales strategies and objectives.
● Provide technical insights and support to facilitate sales activities and
enhance customer engagement.
5. IT Research and Development (R&D):
● Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends through
continuous research and experimentation.
● Lead R&D initiatives to explore innovative solutions that drive
business growth and competitive advantage.

6. Product Development:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and
develop new products or enhance existing ones.
● Ensure alignment between technological capabilities and product
requirements to meet customer needs and market demands.
7. Sales Technical Support:
● Serve as a technical resource for the sales team, providing expertise
and guidance on product features, functionalities, and integration
possibilities.
● Assist in resolving technical queries and challenges faced by
customers during the sales process.
