In reference to the subject cited in the margin, I have the honor to propose you my application for the post of
NORC GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS) SPECIALIST

Indeed, I have a professional Master in Geomatics and Environment and in the process of obtaining my Certificate
in Geomatics and Application of the National School of Geographical Sciences ENSG-France. My training in this
field has allowed me to acquire many skills among the one you are looking for. I have all the assets that will allow
me to succeed in the role that you would like to entrust me. Currently serving as Technical Advisor in charge of
Geomatics at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH within the Support Program
for the implementation of the Rural Sector Development Strategy for Forest Environments Components (ProPFE),
I am at the head of the Geomatics Unit of the Regional Delegation for Eastern Forests and one of my obligations
is to ensure the Specialist GIS, the evaluation of the level of implementation of the activities and the daily control
of the forest cover elsewhere.

Motivation, rigor, listening and teamwork are the key words of my professional behavior.

My experience as Technical Advisor in charge of Geomatics, Controller of Geographic Information Systems at the
National Institute of Statistics (INS), member of the Cartography Unit within the framework of the National and
General Census of Agriculture and Breeding (RGAE) allowed me to acquire all the knowledge necessary for the
good execution of the tasks of GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS) SPECIALIST During
my 7 years of experience in geospatial programs, I participated in the realization of many projects in Cameroon I
participated in the development of GIS decision-making Web applications including the SEGEF for the Monitoring
and Management of Wildlife in the Forest Concession; various spatial analysis methods and the development of
numerous spatial monitoring tools for projects (ESS, calculation of indicators, strategic planning, etc.) within the
framework of the project for monitoring and evaluation of the socio-economic impact for the development of the
INS-MINTP axis). Regularly confronted with the hazards of the job, I am able to respond to unforeseen events in
complete autonomy.

NORC occupies a particularly enviable position in its field and its image has always aroused a certain admiration.
Integrating your program represents for me a real challenge for the future in which my work, Monitoring Support,
Evaluation and Survey Services, Collaborative, Learning and Adaptive Management and Communication Services,
the strategic planning, the monitoring of the projects, can be fully expressed.
