At e&, we are committed to conducting our operations around the globe ethically and in compliance with all applicable
laws. As part of such commitment, we must act with integrity in all that we do.
Whenever e& is hiring new employees, it is our fundamental policy to ensure that such employees disclose all situations
which may cause a potential or actual conflict of interest so that such situations are properly identified, assessed and
mitigated.
A conflict of interest may occur if, whilst being an e&’s employee, your personal interests (e.g., personal, financial,
other interests) are inconsistent or interfere, or have the potential to be inconsistent or interfere, in any way with the
interests of e& (the “Conflict of Interest”). This may include, for example, working with relatives in the same department;
having an outside job or shares in e&’s competitors, suppliers or customers; sitting on external boards of competitive
organisations, etc.
