Pinking Shears — Scalloped Green Paper Covered Wire — 18-gauge & 24-gauge
Fringe Clip Art Glitter Glue or Tacky Glue
Curling Tool
Needle-Nose Pliers /Wire Cutters

① Gather your tools and materials.


② Cut the crepe paper according to the
template notes. ③ Stretch the piece called “fringe tip”
then fold it in half lengthwise and
across the grain.
