This is to certify that SPS. JAIME & ERLINDA PADILLA, of legal

Declaration No. 2009-11-0019-00301 with an area of Twenty-two
thousand one hundred sixty-one square meters (22,161sqm.),
located at Barangay Casilagan, Naguilian, La Union classified as
Agricultural Land, is not tilled nor leased by any agricultural lessee or
tenant.

This certification being issued upon the request of the interested


party in connection with the requirement for whatever legal purpose that
may serve them best.
