3. Enter Current and New
Password
4. Click “Update

To work on the LGU


assessment:

1. Click “Data Capture”


2. Click “LGU Assessment”
3. Click the “Edit” button
under Actions column
EDIT- to make changes and to keep
answering the created assessment

DELETE- to remove the created
LGU Assessment in Data Capture
Tab (creation of LGU Assessment for
deleted year will not be available)
PURGE- to entirely remove or erase
data for the created LGU

3. Click “File Imports”
4. Click the “Add” button
5. Select what file to upload e.g., PFMAR,
PFMIP, EO, or SB Resolution
6. Click “Upload”

N.B. Submission of said requirements will be


done through the ePFMAT facility.
