 All travel bookings will be done by Firm only.

 You are requested to arrange your accommodation basis guidelines and limits given in the e-
mail. Expenses incurred should be claimed by following the relocation claim guidelines attached
in e-mail.

 If you are availing accommodation facilities in any location apart from your registered office
location, then please connect with your Onboarding SPOC for billing details.

 Please fill the details carefully as same will be used for bookings

 Please fill the form completely. Half-filled form will not be initiated.

 For details related to your joining location/client location, please connect with recruiter.
