2. WHY DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A TEACHER?

"I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DRAWN TO THE FIELD OF EDUCATION BECAUSE OF MY DEEP-
ROOTED BELIEF IN THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF LEARNING. BEING A TEACHER IS
NOT JUST A PROFESSION FOR ME; IT'S A CALLING. I AM GENUINELY PASSIONATE ABOUT
FOSTERING A LOVE FOR LEARNING IN STUDENTS AND PROVIDING THEM WITH THE
TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE THEY NEED TO SUCCEED.

I FIND GREAT JOY IN CREATING A POSITIVE AND ENGAGING LEARNING ENVIRONMENT


WHERE STUDENTS FEEL ENCOURAGED TO EXPLORE, QUESTION, AND DISCOVER. THE
IDEA OF BEING A GUIDE IN THEIR EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY AND CONTRIBUTING TO THEIR
GROWTH, NOT JUST ACADEMICALLY BUT ALSO AS INDIVIDUALS, IS INCREDIBLY
FULFILLING TO ME.

MOREOVER, I BELIEVE THAT EDUCATION IS THE CORNERSTONE OF A THRIVING SOCIETY.


AS A TEACHER, I SEE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF
FUTURE LEADERS, CRITICAL THINKERS, AND COMPASSIONATE CITIZENS. EVERY DAY IN
THE CLASSROOM PRESENTS A CHANCE TO MAKE A LASTING IMPACT ON THE LIVES OF
YOUNG MINDS, AND THAT IS A RESPONSIBILITY I AM EAGER TO EMBRACE.

IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES, KNOWLEGABLE IN THE SPECIALIZATION, CREATIVE IN
DESIGNING INSPIRING CLASSES, AND INTERACTIVE LESSON PLANS, ENERGENIC,
MOTIVATIONAL, PASSIONATE AND GOOD LEADERSHIP SKILLS, FLEXIBLE, OPEN TO THE
CHANGES, AND OPEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS

4. WHAT IS YOUR TEACHING PHILOSPHY?

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY PRIORITIZES CREATING A SUPPORTIVE AND SAFE LEARNING


ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS. I BELIEVE THAT A CLASSROOM WHERE STUDENTS FEEL
VALUED, RESPECTED, AND COMFORTABLE IS ESSENTIAL FOR OPTIMAL LEARNING. BY
ESTABLISHING CLEAR EXPECTATIONS, FOSTERING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS, AND
ENCOURAGING OPEN COMMUNICATION, I AIM TO CREATE A SPACE WHERE STUDENTS
CAN EXPRESS THEMSELVES WITHOUT FEAR OF JUDGMENT. THIS SUPPORTIVE
ATMOSPHERE ALLOWS FOR CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK, COLLABORATIVE LEARNING, AND
THE EXPLORATION OF DIVERSE IDEAS, ULTIMATELY PROMOTING BOTH ACADEMIC

BEING A TEACHER YOU NEED VARIETY OF TEACHING STYLE, BECAUSE IT DEPENDS ON


SUBJECTS, ENVIRONMENT AND ALSO THE NEEDS OF THE STUDENTS, BUT AS A MATH
TEACHER HERE ARE MY SOME TEACHING STYLES

TRADITIONAL/TEACHER-CENTERED: IN THIS STYLE, I AS A TEACHER PLAYS A


CENTRAL ROLE IN THE CLASSROOM. I PRESENTS INFORMATION, DEMONSTRATES
PROCEDURES, AND STUDENTS FOLLOW ALONG. THIS APPROACH OFTEN INVOLVES
DIRECT INSTRUCTION, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON MEMORIZATION AND PRACTICE.

CONSTRUCTIVIST/STUDENT-CENTERED: THIS TEACHING STYLE IS BASED ON THE


IDEA THAT STUDENTS CONSTRUCT THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING OF MATHEMATICAL
CONCEPTS. TEACHERS FACILITATE LEARNING BY PROVIDING HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES,
REAL-WORLD EXAMPLES, AND ENCOURAGING STUDENTS TO EXPLORE AND DISCOVER
MATHEMATICAL PRINCIPLES ON THEIR OWN.

COLLABORATIVE LEARNING: IN THIS STYLE, STUDENTS WORK TOGETHER IN GROUPS


TO SOLVE MATHEMATICAL PROBLEMS OR COMPLETE PROJECTS. THE EMPHASIS IS ON
COOPERATIVE LEARNING, WHERE STUDENTS SHARE IDEAS, DISCUSS SOLUTIONS, AND

VERY START OF THE CLASS, THE FIRST DAY. I FOCUS ON THE THREE LETTER R, THE
RESPECT, RESPONSE AND THE RIGHT APPROACH. ESTABLISHING CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
SETS THE STAGE FOR A RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT. SWIFT AND UNDERSTANDING
RESPONSES TO BEHAVIORAL ISSUES, COUPLED WITH THE RIGHT APPROACH—
FOCUSING ON COLLABORATION AND GROWTH—CONTRIBUTE TO A POSITIVE AND
CONDUCIVE LEARNING ATMOSPHERE."
7. WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS?

"ONE ASPECT I'VE BEEN ACTIVELY WORKING ON IS MY ABILITY TO SAY 'NO' WHEN
NECESSARY. I AM NATURALLY INCLINED TO BE HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE, AND IN THE
PAST, I'VE FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO TURN DOWN REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE. WHILE
THIS EAGERNESS TO CONTRIBUTE HAS BEEN VALUABLE IN MANY SITUATIONS, I'VE
REALIZED THAT IT CAN SOMETIMES LEAD TO OVERCOMMITMENT AND POTENTIAL
BURNOUT.

TO ADDRESS THIS, I'VE BEEN LEARNING TO EVALUATE MY PRIORITIES AND WORKLOAD


MORE EFFECTIVELY. I'VE STARTED SETTING CLEARER BOUNDARIES AND
COMMUNICATING MORE OPENLY ABOUT MY AVAILABILITY. ADDITIONALLY, I'VE BEEN
HONING MY SKILLS IN TIME MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE THAT WHEN I DO SAY 'YES,' I CAN
