2. WHY DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A TEACHER?
"I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DRAWN TO THE FIELD OF EDUCATION BECAUSE OF MY DEEP-
ROOTED BELIEF IN THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF LEARNING. BEING A TEACHER IS
NOT JUST A PROFESSION FOR ME; IT'S A CALLING. I AM GENUINELY PASSIONATE ABOUT
FOSTERING A LOVE FOR LEARNING IN STUDENTS AND PROVIDING THEM WITH THE
TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE THEY NEED TO SUCCEED.

INCLUSIVE IN TEACHING IT MEANS REGARDLESS OF STUDENTS BACKGROUND, THERE
IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES, KNOWLEGABLE IN THE SPECIALIZATION, CREATIVE IN
DESIGNING INSPIRING CLASSES, AND INTERACTIVE LESSON PLANS, ENERGENIC,
MOTIVATIONAL, PASSIONATE AND GOOD LEADERSHIP SKILLS, FLEXIBLE, OPEN TO THE
CHANGES, AND OPEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
"ONE ASPECT I'VE BEEN ACTIVELY WORKING ON IS MY ABILITY TO SAY 'NO' WHEN
NECESSARY. I AM NATURALLY INCLINED TO BE HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE, AND IN THE
PAST, I'VE FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO TURN DOWN REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE. WHILE
THIS EAGERNESS TO CONTRIBUTE HAS BEEN VALUABLE IN MANY SITUATIONS, I'VE
REALIZED THAT IT CAN SOMETIMES LEAD TO OVERCOMMITMENT AND POTENTIAL
BURNOUT.
"I BELIEVE I AM THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS TEACHING POSITION DUE TO A
COMBINATION OF MY EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, TEACHING EXPERIENCE, AND A
GENUINE PASSION FOR FOSTERING STUDENT GROWTH. MY BACHELOR IN SECONDARY
EDUCATION HAS EQUIPPED ME WITH A SOLID FOUNDATION IN MATHEMATICS, AND MY
ALMOST 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A TEACHER HAS HONED MY ABILITY TO CREATE AN
ENGAGING AND INCLUSIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.
