Test 2012:

Strength:

Maths: Very easy. Can do a score of 120 easily by just giving the correct answer of 30 Questions. Solve test papers.

Weakness: Attempt Hard Question first. Spend a lot of time on difficult question. Improper Time Management.

Specifically Math’s. Do probability Question in last. Make a sequence of questions to solve on prioritize basis in test.

English: 500 vocab is enough. Learn vocab from start of February. Solve test papers.

Improve Grammar Questions. Practice it.

Reading Comprehension: Select the easy passage first.

Essay: First go through lightly to both and decide which one should be written first. Just practice. The essays topics
generally come from websites. It is easy but target should be > 10 marks.

Don’t spend time on collecting material. You have enough material. Just practice and start practice before 2 months.

Group Discussion:

Weakness:

Be specific. Can repeat the same thing. Be confident. One minute of speaking first. Then a second chance will be given for
another one minute. Then the session will be opened so be prepare to initiate first.

Read News paper before 1 month. Read Dawn daily.

Interview:

Weakness: was not prepared / rehearsed.

Questions were very easy but was less confident. Unable to provide the proofs of what I had said. Show that I know which I
don’t know. Less Eye contact. Emphasize on your achievements. Have a plan to make marketable yourself in the first
Question i.e. introduction. Accept that you don’t know and tell that there a million of thing that are of your interest or
related to work which you know but there are thousands of trillions of things which are not related to your work or of your
interest.

3) Is there any Protectionism to automotive industry.
4) Why to join iba
5) Why IBA should admit u
6) What is the competitive edge of yours over your peers.
7) How Cost saving
8) Proof of cost saving
9) Reading Newspaper, which one , when did u read last time, what is in buzz
10) Reading Books, which type, writer name,
11) Editor of both sections of magazine?
12) Do you lead any one or a team?
13) What do u see yourself in ten years / five years
