INSTRUCTIONS FOR HY EXAMS


1. Timings on Examination days:
Reporting time in School: 7:30 – 7:40 am
Reading time for Exam: 8:00 am - 8:15 am
Writing time for Exam: 8:15 am - 11:15 am
Break : 11:15 am – 11:40 am
Short bell for first trip 11:40 am
Reassembly for prayer: 11:40 am
Departure of School Buses: 12:00 am
2. Saturday, 07.09.2024 is preparatory holiday for students.
3. There will be no regular classes during the exams i.e., from 09.09.2024 to 23.09.2024.
4. From Wednesday, 25.09.2024 there will be regular working school for all the classes.
5. On days when there is no examination, it will be preparatory leave for that class.
6. PTM will be held on Saturday, 19.10.2024
7. Students must come for PTM in proper school uniform.
8. Kindly clear all the fee &transport dues before commencement of Half Yearly Exams.
