Directors Corner: Its that time of year to make New Years Resolutions and to help we are offering a Something New Challenge. We are encouraging you to try a new class or activity at the center. You can pick up a tracking sheet at the front desk that lists 25 activities that are available during the month of January. If you participate in at least 20 of them then we will put your name in a drawing for a chance to win $50 cash. Turn in your tracking sheets at the end of the month and the drawing for the cash prize will be held on Friday, February 3 at 11:45 AM. Yoga Class
This class is a great relaxing way of exercise and stress management. This is great with balance and seniors who may have arthritis. Come join & relax for an hour. Tues & Thurs 12:45 pm
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a form of Chinese martial art that focuses on slow deliberate movements that have been proven to improve balance in older adults.
