RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
To find out the existing Leadership Style in the company. To investigate the impact of leadership style on employees performance To evaluate the importance of leader- employee/follower relations in organizational building To identify problems associated with the leader-employees relationship in the business environment. To make suggestions on leadership pattern with the view of improving employees performance.
Major Hypothesis
Ho: that leadership style or pattern does not impact on the performance of employees in an organization.
Hi: that leadership style or pattern impact on the Performance of employees in an organization.
RESEARCH DESIGN
Research design is purely and simply the framework plans for study that guides the collection, measurement and analysis of data.
This dissertation report is purely based on descriptive research as for surveys questionnaire has been used.

For this dissertation both the sources primary as well as secondary sources are used to collect the data and for primary data collection questionnaire has been used as research tool and for secondary data sources various articles and research papers are studied.
SAMPLING DESIGN
A sample design is a definite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population. It refers to techniques or procedures that the researcher would adopt while selecting the item for a sample.
SAMPLE TECHNIQUE
Statistical sampling techniques are the strategies used or applied by the researchers during the statistical sampling process. Convenience Sampling: It is a type of non probability sampling which involves the sample being drawn from that part of the population which is close to hand. It is sometimes known as grab or opportunity sampling.
