Process of Marketing Research:

The marketing research is done in systematic process. The Researcher has pursued the below process of marketing for the study of telecom industry

Setting up of Research Objective.

Research Design = Descriptive Research Design

Data Collection = involves Primary data & Secondary data as well as questionnaires. And used convenience sampling.

Data Analysis & Interpretation = through SPSS

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
 To find out the existing Leadership Style in the company.  To investigate the impact of leadership style on employees performance  To evaluate the importance of leader- employee/follower relations in organizational building  To identify problems associated with the leader-employees relationship in the business environment.  To make suggestions on leadership pattern with the view of improving employees performance.

Major Hypothesis

Ho: that leadership style or pattern does not impact on the performance of employees in an organization.

Hi: that leadership style or pattern impact on the Performance of employees in an organization.

RESEARCH DESIGN
Research design is purely and simply the framework plans for study that guides the collection, measurement and analysis of data.

RESEARCH TOOLS & TECHNIQUES


1. Exploratory Research Design: To get familiarity with the phenomenon and get new insights as why generic brands becomes its synonyms to the product. 2. Descriptive Research: It includes surveys and fact finding enquiries of different kinds. Its major purpose is to describe the state of affairs as it exists at present and the researcher has no control over the variables. 3. Analytical Research: It is using facts and information already available to analyze, to make a critical evaluation of the material.

This dissertation report is purely based on descriptive research as for surveys questionnaire has been used.

DATA COLLECTION METHOD


Data collection is a term used to describe a process of preparing and collecting data. In other words we can say that, the gathering of information (figures, words or responses) that describes some situation from which conclusions can be drawn is known as method of data collection. PRIMARY SOURCES Research tool - Questionnaire

SECONDARY SOURCES: y y y y Internet websites Journals and articles Magazines Newspaper and other periodicals

For this dissertation both the sources primary as well as secondary sources are used to collect the data and for primary data collection questionnaire has been used as research tool and for secondary data sources various articles and research papers are studied.

SAMPLING DESIGN
A sample design is a definite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population. It refers to techniques or procedures that the researcher would adopt while selecting the item for a sample.

SAMPLE TECHNIQUE
Statistical sampling techniques are the strategies used or applied by the researchers during the statistical sampling process. Convenience Sampling: It is a type of non probability sampling which involves the sample being drawn from that part of the population which is close to hand. It is sometimes known as grab or opportunity sampling.
