Candidates' requirements:
• To be a bachelor or master’s student at Ain Shams University
• To be ready to spend an exchange semester at Galati - Romania
Candidates required documents:
• CV (with email and phone for contact)
• Passport copy
• Proof of enrollment as a bachelor or master’s student at ASU
• Transcript of record – Bachelor’s degree certificate
• Motivation letter – explaining why you want to attend a semester at
Galati – Romania and in what department/faculty
Deadline: 25th of September. Don’t miss the chance!
Period of mobility: 2nd semester, 2024-2025 academic year
• Language requirements: B1 English
• Period of mobility: 2024-2025 academic year (2nd semesters)
• Duration of mobility: 134 days (4 months and 14 days)
• Erasmus+ grant for each student: 3573 euro subsistence (800
euro/month) + 275 euro travel support
• Financial clarifications:
• The Erasmus+ grant is a lump sum, which means that the participants
can use it however they want for their expenses for the mobility
(transportation, accommodation, food, etc.).
• The grant will be paid in 2 installments: 80% on the 1st day of the
mobility and 20% on the last day of the mobility, after validation.
• Because the grant is cashed in Galati, participants need to make all the
necessary arrangements (flight tickets, transport from Bucharest to
Galati etc.) on their expense.

Only 2 candidates will be accepted for this mobility and the rest will
be in the form of a reserve list.
