Praised be Jesus, Mary, and Joseph!

I am writing this letter to respectfully ask for approval for the NSTP 2
students and the Grade 12 students enrolled in the Humanities and Social
Sciences Strand (HumSS) to implement their prepared community action
plan, which is organizing a tree planting activity as part of their requirements
for the subject of NSTP 2 and Community Engagement, Solidarity, and
Citizenship (CESC) with Ms. Gennywin V. Bulan.

The tree planting event will not only contribute to the beautification of our
local environment but also provide an educational opportunity for students
to engage in their community, learn about the importance of trees in our
ecosystem, the benefits of reforestation, and the role each individual can
play in environmental conservation.

This activity is a collaborative project where two subjects teamed up in order


to achieve our common goal. The said activity will take place at Prk. Libra,
Tambongon, Lasang Davao City. The date for this activity is not fixed due to
the unavailability of the schedule of the NSTP students but surely this will be
transpired any of the days from May 4 - 17, 2024. Once approved, we will be
asking assistance coming from the barangay officials for the implementation
of this project.

I am requesting your support in letting the students participate in this


meaningful activity. To ensure the safety and well-being of the participants,
we require the Grade 12 students to have a signed and notarized consent
form from their parent or legal guardian.
Thank you for your support in promoting environmental awareness and
community engagement among our youth. God bless.
