As the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Debre Markos University, I have worked with Mr.
Gedefaye since 2013 and strongly support his application for further academic studies.
Mr. Gedefaye has made significant contributions as a Senior Highway and Transportation Engineer, Research
Project Reviewer, and Thesis Supervisor for undergraduate students. His dedication and competence in these
roles are evident through his outstanding performance and deep understanding of the subject matter.
