Pay After Placement Agreement

This Agreement is made effective on ….th December 2022 By and Between DGguru Learning
Solutions Pvt Ltd. a company incorporated, having its registered office at 1218, 12th Floor ,
Hemkunt Chambers 89, Nehru Place, New Delhi PIN 110019 (Hereinafter referred as their brand
Name “ MentorKart''). And …………. S/O ………… (Hereinafter referred as “Student”)

Whereas MentorKart is skill development, Mentorship & employability enabler Platform. MentorKart
is focused to bridge the gap between academy and industry through skill-enabling Undergraduate
and Postgraduate programmes. Our programmes are designed and developed to cater the
fast-growing industry sectors in collaboration with industry experts and Partners. MentorKart
works on the Train & Hire and Hire & Train model to get employment to the students who attend its
programs & courses.

Whereas, the Student showed interest, and willingness to enroll himself under the (MentorKart Job
Guarantee Program) Data Science Hereinafter referred as “Program”.

Terms and Conditions –

A) MentorKart Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Conduct a Program as per Course Structure defined in Program Brochure and


communicate time to time with Students by any means of communication e.g
email Website , Brochure etc.
2. The Program shall be conducted virtually as per the discretion and availability of
resources of MentorKart.
3. MentorKart agrees to refer the students for suitable jobs as per their profile and
skills directly or indirectly through its partner
4. Job referral may be done during or post finishing the program

B) Student Responsibilities:

1. It is Mandatory for Students to attend all live classes conducted during program
2. Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory to become eligible for placements, job
referrals and certificates.
3. Student must appear for all assessments and classes , live or recorded during
program
4. It is mandatory for all students to clear all assessment tests provided by
MentorKart.
5. It is mandatory for all students to appear for all rounds of Interviews /assessment
conducted by HR and recruiters from companies
6. Student may also be asked for applying and appearing for all assessments
conducted by Companies for employment
7. Students acknowledge that he/she shall is eligible for each employment
opportunity being offered to them and meeting all desired qualifications
8. Students can apply for an organization offering double the package he/she already
has , in case student is already working elsewhere and have attended program for
upskill
9. Students must only appear for the organization interview process if he or she is
interested in roles and package offered and must join the company if selected for
better career opportunities and reference , No show may stop further Job referrals
process
10. Before joining the Company, the Students agree to request for an NOC from
MentorKart and present the same to the respective Company from where the
Student received a job-cum-internship offer.
11. MentorKart may ask Students for a video and written testimonial for digital
collateral and marketing purposes and students agree and render his/her consent
for the same.
12. Companies have their onset of HR policies, and regulations. The Student agrees to
sign off all the relevant agreements at the Company and its totally between Student
and Company who is offering employment
13. Student Indemnify MentorKart from any claims between employer and Student or
any other third party

Commercial Terms :

1. Students pay Program Fee Rs. ……….. Post successful placement in a suitable
position and company through MentorKart
2. Student can avail financing option through our Partner in case Student wants to
pay the same as EMI option
3. Students have to pay an One Time Admission fee of ………… before signing the pay
after placement agreement until and unless discounted by MentorKart in writing.
4. This agreement is valid for 1 year period Post Completion of the course or getting
the 1st Job through MentorKart.
5. 1st EMI’s have to be paid on the joining day of the
company/organization/employer.
6. Students agree to pay to MentorKart after joining the company. For avoidance of
doubts, Furthermore, students will have an option to make the rest of the payment
by himself/herself, or the same amount can also be financed by our Founding
Partner of MentorKart and can be paid in EMIs which will be deducted once
candidates start getting their salary
7. In case of a package less than 3 LPA, course fee will be charged 30% less than
quoted price.
8. It has been observed in a few cases companies offer only paid internship letters
initially. Post successful completion of internship with the company, revise the new
offer with updated salary packages, EMI will start during paid internship
9. Student to sign separate agreement with Financing partner and workout all terms
/Documentations and agreements with them

enroll for MentorKart Job Guarantee Program – Data Science (Program).
