Please Note:-

This format is applicable for classes 1 st to 12th for all subjects except Mathematics. Graphic Organizer can

be prepared digitally or on a sheet of paper. GO should be comprehensive and detailed as per the

requirement of lesson.

It is expected that subject experts should prepare it in soft copy.

This document may be digitally signed by HOD and Subject teacher after finalization. It should be

converted into a PDF and uploaded on ERP.

Class work should be meticulously planned. It is supposed that the teacher follows the day wise planning.

It should be in detail including topics, sub topics, class quiz, Doubt Sessions, FA/ SEA activity explanation/

conduction, use of Digital (specifying the part to be used), Exercise Part, Worksheet etc as per requirement.

Daily some homework should be assigned to students. Homework may include 1-2 between text questions,
Searching from text, Draw and label, Specific exercise part to solve, Reading specific portion, Preparing for

FA/SEA, Revision Work, Searching answers in text etc as per need.
