Busser Opening Checklist

Patio
● Sweep, wash, and squeegee patio floor
● Water the plants
● Align tables in accordance to the Host Floor Plan
● Clean tables and chairs with butterknife
Sections
● Take down chairs
● Napkins (clean, restock, and align properly at every table)
● Inspect and clean tables, chairs and booths (no streaks or crumbs)
● Wipe down bases, align and level (using coasters) hightops
● Clean wall tile in the 10s and 40s
● Clean lights
● Roll out and sweep rugs
● Clean windows and mirrors
Salsa Bar
● Turn coolers and heaters on (lvl 10 for cooler; lvl 6 for heater)
● Retrieve salsa (10) and bean (4) ladles
● Fill up cucumber-lime water and turn on dispenser
● Restock utensils, salsa caps, ketchup bottles and packets
● Brew co ee
● Turn on soda fountains
● Check Soda syrup levels
Busser Station
● Clean towels and change sanitizer in towel bucket
● Filled up spray bottles in accordance with chemical indicated
● Place Tip Bucket
Closet
● Clean all highchairs and booster seats
● Restock paper towels, toilet paper, paper bags, toilet seats, and soap

● Clean inside and outside salsa bar
● Restock utensils, salsa caps, ketchup bottles and packets

● Take out all trash from each trash can (1hr before closing)
● Clean all trash bins and trash cans inside and out (1 hr before closing)
● Collect all towels and place them in bucket with water and bleach
● Fill up spray bottles in accordance with chemical indicated

● Clean all highchairs and booster seats
● Restock paper towels, toilet paper, paper bags, toilet seats, and soap
● Organize closet
Bathrooms
● Inspect for cleanliness
● Inspect and restock paper towels, toilet paper, paper bags, toilet seats, and

Mop Sink
● Store all cleaning equipment in mop sink in an organized manner (toy
soldiers)
