 Lead a team of 9 members, managing end to end four customers AWS accounts and the flow of day-to-day operations.

 Allocate tasks to team and track them till closure, create RCA report after every unscheduled outage, indentify knowledge gap
areas and come up with process improvement suggestions.

 Architect, Build, implement, test and security benchmark the cloud infrastructure offerings (IaaS)

 Handle end to end deployments, day to day operations on AWS and automation using Jenkins and Ansible.
