Under the direction of the principal, performs a variety of job responsibilities and support work involving both specific
routines and broadly defined policies and procedures.
• Give information and interpretations of policies or procedures related to departmental or school activities and
coordination among all Schools to maintain a centralized system.
• Establish, maintain and monitor accurate, neat and efficient electronic and manual filing systems.
• Sort and classify incoming mail and other information for efficient disbursement to appropriate recipients.

• Manage the admissions processing programs in close liaison with academic departments for all schools, applying
agreed criteria to make admissions decisions consistently and fairly.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective students, their parents, teachers and advisers
independently and in a timely and professional manner.
• Process incoming applications, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenticity of results.
• Monitor the responses of applicants to decisions and provide data to Faculties and

• Check and verify the fee classification of applicants.
• Liaise regularly with both academic and administrative staff
• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
• Interview Parents and Students to understand their objectives and background.

• Review all the students’ applications and refer the students to financial services personnel if required.
• Inform Parents about the courses offered and the tuition fees.

• Provide support to prepare admission related presentations and to host student receptions.
• Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with
senior management to attract and enrol more students.
• Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student
reports for management whenever required.
