office, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing data engineering strategies
to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of technical data engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and
support services.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting continuous learning


and development.

Data Engineering Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive data engineering strategy aligned with business
goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains
at the forefront of data engineering best practices.

Data Architecture and Design:


Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines and architectures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate


them into technical solutions.

Data Governance and Quality:

Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices to ensure data accuracy,
integrity, and security.

Implement processes for data quality assurance and monitoring.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related


field.

Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, preferably in a data


engineering role.

Strong background in data engineering, including ETL processes, data modeling, and
database management.

Hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and
big data platforms.

Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
