JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a well experienced Graphic Designer Head for a product-based
company. Details as follows,

Designation: Graphic Designer Head


Location: Dubai (Initially 2 to 3 Months in Chennai)
Experience: 8+ years
Mode of interview: google meet/telephonic

Roles and responsibilities:

• Primary role would be of Creating digital content / Web Banners, Logos, social
media Banners.
• Logo Animation with Video Editing and other collaterals for the website along with
optimizing images of products in different sizes and resolutions for the websites.
• Developing graphic for print and publication when needed.
• The role also includes managing and getting the images and content created.
• The role requires the ability to conceptualize graphics based on aesthetics, trends,
and forecast.
• The candidate should be able to develop and present concepts and ideas through,
sketching, and illustrations (Adobe suite, Video editing / Creating).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to translate latest trends into relevant high-quality graphics as per the brand
language. Undertaking market research and understanding of other brands and
upcoming trends on social media.
• Supervising design projects and aiding the team from the beginning to the end.
• Performing market research to create better designs.
• Fixing the project timeline and budget and making the team adhere to it.
• Meeting with clients to understand their requirements.
• Creating strategic design plans to satisfy clients.
• Maintains pulse of current graphic trends and forecasts.
• Strong eye for brand positioning on social media.
• Working closely with the developers and in-house design team to get the day-today
shoots done.
Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including


Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
• At least five years of experience in a managerial or senior-level design post.
• Proven experience leading a team of designers, with a strong portfolio of work
Experience in making gifs and videos for social media as well as product launch.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and
timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and innovative design skills.
• Flexibility to take on multiple projects at one time.
