The department in charge at the top is the product manager. The use
of conceptual skills and interpersonal roles is needed to oversee
product design development and coordinate with engineers to
design the scientific tools.

The marketing and sales department requires brand and digital


marketing managers. The brand manager focuses on increasing the
brand image and reputation of our company, Little Einsteins, whilst
the digital marketing manager builds our online presence including
websites, e-commerce platforms and social media.

Additionally, our operations and supply chain department efficiently


manages the inventory and distribution of our products. Employees
involved in the logistics and production of the product coordinate the
transportation of source materials and manage production schedules
to ensure our product meets quality standards and is delivered timely

to customers or retailers.
Another crucial department is the finance department. Financial
managers and the accounting team is responsible in managing
budgets, preparing financial statements and setting the price of the
product at hand.

Furthermore, a customer service department is required to handle


customer inquiries and complaints as well as products returned to us.
They provide after-sales support and gather feedback for future
product improvisation. The people in charge here are sales
representatives and customer relationship managers.

way to add more vibrant colour into the logo to make it more
