Reflective Log and Critical Thinking
Work targets set and then achieved should be recorded, as well as your
reflections on what you are doing, identifying personal growth and areas for
improvement. The best time to note learning is at the time it occurs before it
becomes overlaid by the next stage or level of learning and forgotten. The
Reflective Log is useful in providing markers to feelings, levels of confidence
and ability, degree of apprehension, improvement and so on.
Reflective Log entries can cover any or all of the following topics:
Reflective Questions
•Why did I choose that particular action? What alternatives were there?
•Has this changed the way in which I will do things in the future?
