NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited for temporary engagement of Administrative Support Staff from persons with
requisite qualifications, to meet various emergency service requirements at A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram.

Method of Selection: Screening cum Interview by a committee constituted by the University.


Nature and Period of employment: The period of temporary engagement will be for a maximum period of
179 days only, on contract basis.
Terms and conditions and Remuneration: Terms and conditions and remuneration will be as fixed by
the University.
Number of persons required : As per requirements in the University

Qualifications and Experience :

1. A Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized University or its equivalent.


2. Certificate in Data Entry/Desk Top publishing from an Institute recognized by the Government.
3. Experience in E-Governance systems is desirable

Age: As per norms prescribed by the Kerala Public Service Commission. norms

Eligible candidates shall submit the application along with their bio-data and true copies of documents
