Logging into UltiPro, aka “My Sage Page”

Okta Users Non-Okta Users


• Log into your Okta account • Visit n34.ultipro.com
• Click on the “my SAGE page” • Enter your Username
chicklet “FirstNameLastName@Sage”
• Follow the instructions below o (Each property has a report
in Box of everyone’s
usernames)
• For Password: Enter your
birthdate in the format mmddyyyy
• This will prompt a password reset
the first time you’re accessing this
If you do not see this chicklet, please email
the IT helpdesk to add it to your account • Follow the instructions below

• A web browser with the window below will pop up. Complete the information below.
Use your full legal name, not your preferred name.

• If the system found you in the database, you will get the information below. Click “OK”
and close the window.

• The email below will be sent to the email address in the system (please check your work
email first). Click on the link on the email.

• The following browser will pop up. Select your new password. Your current password is
your date of birth (mmddyyyy) no dashes

• It will take you into the UltiPro system. Going forward, you will only need to click on
the UltiPro chicklet in Okta to access UltiPro.

For instructions for the mobile app, click here.

Once you start to work in UltiPro, please keep in mind that pop-ups may be blocked. You
will need to un-block pop-ups on that page to be able to use the functionality.

On the top right of your screen, click on the image with the red box indicating pop-ups are
blocked.

Select the option to “Always allow pop-ups” from UltiPro.
