Think gas group has recently forayed into city gas distribution business to meet another
critical and green fuel in different parts of india. Think gas has its present in 10 geographical
areas spread across 13 districts occurring 5 states in India. Think is committed to making
natural gas widely available to people in the area of its authorization.

projects)Job Responsibility-:

 Project coordination, planning & execution of laying of MDPE pipe as per network hydraulics &
installation of GI pipe including LMC following optimum route in domestic connections to achieve
minimum work plan & business plan of the organization.
 Identification of domestic, commercial & industrial potentials along with technical feasibility
reconnaissance survey..
 Monitored laying, backfilling, flushing , pneumatic testing of MDPE pipeline network as per T4S&
QEOHS guidelines. Commissioning of MDPE Pipeline network along with 2500+ domestic
connections, 02 industrial connection& 04 commercial connection as per PNGRB& T4S norms..
 Interaction & cross-functional coordination with DMA, RWA, marketing team for domestic
customer registrations.
 Monitoring installation & commissioning of DRS, MRS,SRM at site. • Facilitating the operations &
maintenance of DRS, MRS, SRM, Valve chambers, pipeline networks, domestic, commercial &
industrial connections etc. by preparing Annual operation & maintenance plan in line with
PNGRBT4S to ensure uninterrupted gas supply.
 Maintaining asset register of commissioned network & planning preventive/periodic/corrective
maintenance of assets including calibration/testing of field instruments. • Ensuring guaranteed
uptime of critical equipment like DRS, MRS, SRM etc. on regular basis..
 Proper reporting of DPR, WPR, MPR, MDPE & PNG dashboard, fortnightly joint ticket, gas
reconciliation report etc. to reporting officer.
 Preparing Inventory plan & control of materials & essential spares/assets as per requirements. •
Liasioning with statutory authorities’ public utilities to obtain necessary permission/ROU approvals
& to prevent third party damage of pipeline & assets.

Responsibilities Includes:

 Construction, planning, supervision, coordination and commissioning of PNG Area

 Execution of project within given budget and time scheduled with team work &
leadership quality.
 Following ISO standards, HSSE norms like HIRA (Hazard identification and risk
analysis), STC (Safety and Technical Competency), TOOL BOX Talk, and Work Permit
System.
 Consolidate all the Site related issues, Cash out flow details, Capitalization, Statutory Permissions
etc. and inform to Management on regular basis. GI and copper pipe testing to find out leakage
&making testing reports. Guide team of supervisor’s engineers, and contractor’s etc.
 Supervise and Inspect Gas, structural and architectural work to ensure strict compliance
with the plans, specification, and other related contracts documents.
 Supervise sampling of material as called for by the contract provision on quality
assurance and control.
 Ensure smooth project flow by coordinating a specific work with other trade involved in
the project.
 Prepare working schedule and strictly monitor the progress of work to ensure completion
within contract frame.
 Assuring and controlling the quality and safety on project.
 Cross checking of contractors construction bills.
